ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

 

We think that all of our gear is the best out there, but if for some reason it isn't EXACTLY what you wanted, never fear, our return policy is one of the best in the business.

Just return the item to us with...

  • the original receipt
  • within 90 days
  • with tags
  • in new, unused and unworn condition


Email customerservice@halfmoonoutfitters.com to receive a pre-paid return label and you will receive a full refund for the product. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Sale items should be returned in 30 days in the same condition as above, for a full refund. Any items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

All returns made within the 90/30 day window will be issued a refund with the original method of payment. Gift Card purchases will be refunded on the original gift card.

Footwear: All footwear may be tried on indoors to determine proper fit. Shoes worn outside will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. You must also return original shoe box inside of an outer box. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box or the product will be returned back to you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do have a few things that can’t be returned (unless defective of course): Final Sale Items, Face coverings, neck gaiters, underthings, climbing gear, Yakima products, SUP's, Kayaks, Solbello Shades, OneWheel Products, Shibumi Shades, all Neso products, sunglasses without tags, and shoes that have been worn or are without original packaging/box. In order for us to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear and bathing suits, they must be in unused, new condition with tags and with hygiene strips still attached.

 

If you prefer to ship your order back without our return label, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. When shipping without our return label, ship your returns using insurance and signature confirmation to:

If you ship return merchandise on your own without using our return shipping label, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Without our return label, you must use a shipping method that is both insured and can be tracked with signature confirmation. We cannot help you track or verify receipt of your returned items unless you use our return label or you can provide tracking information of your return shipment.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

Any Half-Moon Outfitters purchase can be returned, with an original receipt, either online or in one of our store locations.

Returning an item to a physical store:

  • the original receipt
  • within 90/30 days
  • with tags
  • in new, unused and unworn condition
  • If you choose to return an online purchase at one of our physical stores, along with the receipt and tags, please be sure to bring with you the original card used to make the purchase so that we are able to refund your card.
  • Any cash purchases over $50 will be refunded with a company check.

  • Please download our Return Order Form, fill it out and include it in the shipment back to us so that we can refund your card or issue a store credit.
  • In-Store purchases will need to be shipped back to the same store location it was purchased from in order to receive a refund. *Customer is responsible for paying for shipping*
  • If an exchange is needed, please contact customerservice@halfmoonoutfitters.com for further assistance. Customer will be responsible for payment of replacement product shipping cost.



EXCHANGES 

Exchanges can be made at any of our store locations, if accompanied by the original tags and receipt and the item is in new, unused/unworn condition. Exchanges online are handled by purchasing the new item online and then returning the original item through the normal return process.
